Pricing
Start with 30 days at a fixed price, and keep going only if it’s working.
Every engagement has a set price and a firm end date. Nothing renews on its own.
In 30 days you see what your ad spend produces, and you keep everything that gets built.
30-Day Measurement Sprint
See what your ad spend produces, channel by channel, and whether your offer and funnel are ready for paid traffic.
- An audit of your ads, GA4, GTM, forms and CRM handoff
- Conversion tracking fixed in GA4 and up to 2 ad platforms, with Enhanced Conversions and Meta CAPI
- A baseline report: cost per lead and per customer, by channel
- A day-30 walkthrough and a 90-day plan you keep
What happens on day 30, and what’s not included
The Sprint ends with one of three outcomes. Go: your tracking and offer are ready, and we invite you to the 90-Day Ads Program or a retainer. Fix first: you get exactly what to fix before spending more; if the page is the problem, the next step is the Landing Page Build. Part ways: you take the plan and run it yourself or with someone else.
Your time: three calls (the Kickoff, the Findings call and the Day-30 walkthrough) and one person who can approve changes. Applying and the first call are free.
Not included: server-side infrastructure, a data warehouse, a new landing page and campaign rebuilds. Server-side, data and landing pages are their own products, listed below; campaign rebuilds are part of the 90-Day Ads Program. The $1,250 is not credited toward later work.
Getting ready for Black Friday? Start the Sprint by Nov 2 and your tracking is verified before sale week.
Your ads run for a fixed 90 days first, then month to month if it’s working.
The monthly price stays the same. After the 90 days, we may invite you to continue month to month, with 30 days’ notice from either side. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.

Which one do I need?
You need tracking
Conversions don’t show up, the ad platforms disagree with your sales, or ad blockers hide part of the picture. Running ads? Start with the Sprint. Otherwise it’s the Conversion Tracking Setup (browser-side tags) or the Server-Side Build (conversion APIs and server-side tagging).
You need data work
Tracking works, but the data sits in GA4, your CRM, your store and your ad platforms. A Data Build puts it in one place, RevOps puts it to work in your CRM and lead flow, and email and AI automation act on it.

A fixed engagement
Set deliverables, a set price and a firm end date. You keep everything we build.
- 3
A retainer, by invitation
If you’re happy at the end, you can continue month to month. If not, you leave with the work and the plan.
A good fit if
- People already buy what you sell.
- You have a marketing person (in-house or a manager) who’ll be our main contact and approve the work. We do the work.
- You advertise on Google or Meta ($5,000+/mo recommended, not required).
- Your business is based in the US.
Not a fit yet if
- You’re still figuring out what you sell.
- You’re a solo founder without a marketing person yet.
- You mainly need SEO, content writing, or branding.
- You want guaranteed revenue numbers or open-ended scope.
Every engagement has a fixed scope and price, and your ad budget goes straight to the platforms.
Why do you start with a fixed engagement?
Because both sides need to know it’s a fit before anyone signs up for ongoing work. A fixed engagement has defined deliverables, a firm end date and nothing that renews. You see how we work and what your data actually says; we see your offer, your team and your numbers. If it’s going well at the end, we invite you to continue. If not, you keep everything we built and we part ways cleanly.
Can I go straight to a retainer?
No. Every client starts with a fixed engagement, usually the 30-Day Measurement Sprint, so both sides know it’s a fit before ongoing work begins. Retainers are by invitation after a fixed engagement that went well.
Is ad spend included in these prices?
No. Our fees cover strategy, management, tracking, and optimization. Your advertising budget is paid directly to Google or Meta. We recommend $5,000+/mo in ad spend; it’s not required.
What if I need something outside the scope?
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts; anything outside it is a separate product. If what you need isn’t covered by your engagement, we’ll point you to the product that covers it (an add-on, the Landing Page Build, the Server-Side Build, Analytics & Data Builds, RevOps) or tell you we’re not the right fit.
SEO, content writing and branding go to trusted partners; our core is paid media, analytics, and conversion optimization. Website builds and social media are handled by the Lux team as fixed-price add-ons for existing clients, and we also build AI automations for marketing and operations. See AI automation →
What results can I expect?
That depends on your business, your market, and your ad budget, so we don’t promise revenue or ROAS. What we commit to is the deliverables, the end date and reporting against a baseline agreed at the start: you’ll know your cost per lead or cost per acquisition, which campaigns are performing, and where to invest more.
Your offer, your pricing, how fast your team follows up with leads and your market shape results as much as the ads do. We’ll flag it when one of them is the bottleneck.
What do you need from me to get started?
A product or service that people already buy. A website or landing page that exists (even if it needs work). Access to your ad accounts and analytics. A marketing person (in-house or a manager) who’ll be our main contact and approve the work; we do the work. A budget for the engagement and the ads. And a decision-maker who can approve direction without a committee. We work with US-based businesses only.
One short call shows which fixed engagement makes sense first.
