For DTC stores on Meta and Google ads
Your purchase tracking, verified before Black Friday.
Your store changed this year; your purchase tracking may not have kept up. We audit it, fix it, and prove it with test orders by Nov 13, so sale-week budget follows real purchases — not doubled or dropped ones. The 30-Day Measurement Sprint, $1,250 fixed.
Applying and the 15-minute call are free. Julio and the team review your store and ad accounts and tell you whether the Sprint fits, or what to do instead.
Store changes move the purchase event, and nobody gets told.
It worked last November, so nobody checks it. But a store changes a lot in twelve months, and the changes that break purchase tracking rarely announce themselves. So the biggest budget decisions of your year get made on numbers nobody has verified.
- 01
The store changed since last November.
A new theme, checkout, or app for upsells, reviews or subscriptions can move, remove or add a purchase event without anyone noticing.
- 02
Purchases get counted twice, or not at all.
An old pixel and a new integration both fire, the Conversions API isn’t deduplicated, or a consent banner blocks events even for shoppers who said yes. Meta and Google then optimize toward numbers that don’t match your orders.
- 03
Sale week magnifies whatever is off.
More spend in four days means a small gap becomes the wrong budget call: scaling the campaign that looks good in the dashboard instead of the one that brought new customers.
Seven questions show whether your tracking would hold up on Black Friday.
About two minutes. “Not sure” counts as an answer, and “Don’t run this” won’t count against you.
Kick off by Nov 2, and tracking is fixed and verified by Nov 13.
The usual Sprint, on a Black Friday calendar. Black Friday is Nov 27 and Cyber Monday Nov 30; a Nov 2 kickoff ends Dec 1, so its baseline runs through the sale. Kick off earlier and the baseline covers the clean pre-sale weeks instead.
Audit
- Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, checkout and CRM handoff
- Your offer and landing pages
- A “what’s broken” list by day 7
Fix and verify
- Purchases counted once in GA4 and up to 2 ad platforms
- Enhanced Conversions and Conversions API set up and deduplicated
- Consent audited, with the exact blocking setting named if it drops consented sales
- UTMs and click IDs captured into your CRM
- Verified with test purchases before sale week
Baseline on clean data
- Cost per new customer by channel, not just ROAS
- A wasted-spend list, so you know what to cut before you scale
- Offer and funnel readiness read for paid traffic
- A 90-day plan ranked by impact
Walkthrough
- A 45-minute walkthrough, plus a recorded Loom
- You keep the tracking, the report and the plan
Day 30 ends one of three ways: ready to scale, a short fix-first list, or part ways and run the plan yourselves. The tracking, report and plan stay yours either way.
It fits stores that already sell and are about to spend more.
This is for you if
- You run a Shopify or other e-commerce DTC brand, roughly $1–10M a year, with a team
- You run Meta ads, Google ads or both
- A big share of your Q4 budget goes into Black Friday and Cyber Monday
- You can give us access to your store, GA4 and ad accounts in the first days
- You have a marketing person, in-house or a marketing manager, who’ll be our main contact and approve the work. We do the work.
Not the right fit if
- Your store doesn’t have an offer that already sells
- You’re a solo founder without a marketing person yet
- You want someone to run your BFCM ads (that’s the 90-Day Ads Program)
- You can’t give account access in the first days
Your tracking gets the experience behind 50+ pixel and API implementations.
“Julio is a top notch Google partner for us. He is up to date on all the changes that Google constantly throws at you and is fast to respond to all our needs. Highly recommended.”
The Sprint is $1,250 fixed, and you see it working before sale week.
30 days, kickoff day counts as day 1 (a Nov 2 kickoff ends Dec 1). Nothing renews. One sale-week budget moved on a doubled or missing purchase count costs more than this check.
- Audit of ads, GA4, GTM, checkout, CRM handoff, offer and landing pages
- Fixes verified by Nov 13 with test purchases in GA4 and up to 2 ad platforms
- Baseline report: cost per new customer by channel, wasted-spend list, 90-day plan
- Day-30 walkthrough: 45 minutes, plus a recorded Loom
The guarantee: kick off by Nov 2 with account access within 2 business days, and we show you test purchases arriving once — not twice — in GA4 and your ad platforms before sale week. If we can’t verify it, we keep working at no charge until we can. It covers verified measurement, not sales or ROAS.
Applying and the first call are free; you pay the $1,250 only if you decide to start.
Not included
- Running your Black Friday ads (the 90-Day Ads Program)
- Ad creative
- New landing pages (the Landing Page Build)
- Server-side infrastructure builds (the Server-Side Build)
- Ad spend, which you pay directly to the platforms
Each is its own product; see pricing. The $1,250 isn’t credited toward later work, and ongoing work is by invitation, month-to-month.
A late kickoff or a non-Shopify store still works; running your ads is a separate program.
What if we kick off after November 2?
You still get the full Sprint, but we can’t promise fixes are verified before sale week, so the guarantee doesn’t apply. We’ll tell you on the first call what can still be done in time.
What access do you need?
Your store admin, GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Business, and your CRM or email platform, within 2 business days of kickoff — plus your marketing person as our main contact, to approve changes quickly.
Do you run our Black Friday ads?
No. The Sprint fixes and verifies measurement; your team or current agency runs the campaigns. Running paid media is the 90-Day Ads Program.
We’re not on Shopify. Does this still work?
Yes, including WooCommerce. What matters is access to your checkout and tracking setup. Tell us your platform on the call.
What if you find the offer or the funnel is the problem?
Then we tell you. “Fix first” is one of the Sprint’s three outcomes, and if the landing page is the problem, the next step is the Landing Page Build.
Is server-side tracking included?
Meta Conversions API and Google Enhanced Conversions, yes. A full server-side setup, such as server-side GTM on your own subdomain, is the separate Server-Side Build.
On Nov 27, budget calls can follow purchases that were verified beforehand.
Picture sale morning with the worry gone: a test order already arrived once in GA4 and the ad platform, so the budget call follows what sold. It starts with a free application and a 15-minute call: Julio and the team review your store, ad accounts and sale plan, and tell you whether the Sprint fits — even if you don’t buy.
P.S. Kick off by November 2 with access in 2 business days and it’s fixed and shown working by November 13, or we keep working at no charge until we can.
