Server-side tracking & first-party data
Your tracking is losing conversions that server-side data can recover.
Ad blockers, iOS restrictions, and the decline of third-party cookies are eroding your conversion data. We build server-side tracking infrastructure that recovers much of that lost data, so your ad platforms optimize on real numbers, not guesses.
Not sure you need server-side yet? Start with the 30-Day Measurement Sprint ($1,250, one time): we audit and fix your browser-side tracking and CRM handoff, build a baseline, and tell you whether server-side is worth it. If it is, the Server-Side Build is the next step.
Applying and the first call are free. The $1,250 covers the 30-day Sprint, if you decide to start.

Browser-side tracking misses conversions your ad platforms then can’t optimize for.
Three forces are silently eroding your conversion data, and your ad performance along with it.
Ad blockers
Ad blockers and browser privacy settings stop tracking scripts from loading. Every blocked pixel is a conversion your ad platforms never see, and can’t optimize for.
iOS & browser restrictions
Apple’s ITP limits cookies to 7 days (or 24 hours for some). Safari, Firefox, and Brave actively block third-party tracking. Your attribution window is shrinking.
Third-party cookie decline
Browsers keep restricting third-party cookies. Without first-party data infrastructure, your remarketing audiences and conversion tracking will degrade further.
Your build is done by the team behind 50+ pixel and API implementations.
“Your work on my AdWords campaigns has been invaluable. Having the flexibility to discuss things with you and put into practice only what I am comfortable with has been the biggest difference between other specialists. Most other companies insist on taking big monthly revolving fees, before proving themselves.”

“Julio really did a great job with my SEO and Google Adwords. He increased my conversions for my medical practice. I saw many patients as a result of his marketing!”
Julio wrote the GTM Conversions CSV plugin, which sends Google Ads the conversions that ad blockers hide from the browser tag. It recovers 15–30% of the Google Ads conversions lost to ad blockers.

Monterey Pour Pass
Purchases and first visits sent to Meta, GA4 and Google Ads from the server. 166 passes sold in two months.

Dominican Bridge
Server-side Meta CAPI, custom conversions and paid ads behind sold-out events in four cities.
Read the case study →Server-side tracking moves data collection off the browser and onto your own server.
Fewer events are lost to blockers and browser limits, and you decide what data leaves your site, with consent built in.
Server-side GTM (sGTM)
Custom subdomain deployment that processes events server-side. Far less exposed to ad blockers, extends cookie lifetimes, and gives you full control over what data leaves your infrastructure.
Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
Server-to-server event delivery to Meta. Recover conversions the pixel misses, improve match rates, and feed Meta’s algorithm better data for optimization.
Google Enhanced Conversions
Send hashed first-party data to Google Ads for improved conversion matching. Better attribution, better bidding signals, better campaign performance.
Consent management
Google Consent Mode v2 configuration with CMP implementation, built to support CCPA requirements, with consent-aware event processing to preserve data quality. For health clients, tracking is set up to be HIPAA compliant, and we sign BAAs on request.
You go from broken tracking to accurate data in three steps.
The build ends at week 4 with a handoff. Nothing renews automatically.
- 1
Audit
We map your current tracking setup, identify data loss, and quantify the gap between what your platforms report and what’s actually happening.
Tag & pixel health check · Ad blocker impact estimate · Consent mode assessment
- 2
Implement
We deploy server-side infrastructure on your custom subdomain, configure API connections, and validate data flow end-to-end.
sGTM deployment · API connections (CAPI, Enhanced Conversions) · End-to-end data validation
- 3
Hand off
Tracking breaks silently, so we document the setup, train your team and hand it off at week 4. Ongoing monitoring (Maintain) is by invitation.
Documentation & training · Handoff at week 4
Server-side connections reach Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and GA4.
Each connection sends conversions from your server straight to the platform’s own API.

Measurement ProtocolThe Server-Side Build is a fixed 4-week engagement starting at $2,000.
Pick the scope that matches your stack; both include documentation and training. When conversions go missing, ad spend gets credited to the wrong campaigns. These are one-time fixes.
Not sure you need server-side yet? Start with the 30-Day Measurement Sprint ($1,250, one time): we audit and fix your browser-side tracking and CRM handoff, build a baseline, and tell you whether server-side is worth it. If it is, the Server-Side Build below is the next step.
Only need GTM, GA4, your pixels and forms tracked correctly in the browser? The Conversion Tracking Setup starts at $950. Tracking already right, but you need a warehouse, dashboards or ID resolution? That’s data work: Analytics & Data Builds. Which one do I need?
Once server-side data is flowing, Lux Signal (early access) decides what each conversion is worth before it reaches Google and Meta.
Single Platform
sGTM setup + one ad platform API connection. Best for businesses running ads on one channel.
- Server-side GTM deployment on custom subdomain
- One platform API (Meta CAPI or Google Enhanced Conversions)
- First-party cookie configuration
- Data validation and testing
- Documentation and handoff
Full Stack Migration
Your whole tracking stack rebuilt server-side: every ad platform API, GA4 rebuilt on a clean data layer, and consent handled.
- Everything in Single Platform
- All ad platform API connections (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- GA4 rebuild with data layer design and implementation
- Google Consent Mode v2 + CMP implementation
- Post-launch validation before handoff at week 4
Maintain
Ongoing monitoring once your build is handed off. We catch problems before they cost you data. Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice from either side.
- Weekly data quality checks
- Configuration drift detection
- Match rate monitoring across platforms
- Breakage alerts and rapid response
- Monthly data quality report
- Priority support
Server-side tracking relays your conversion data through your own server, with consent built in.
Technical questions answered in plain English.
What is server-side tracking, in simple terms?
Instead of your visitor’s browser sending data directly to Google, Meta, etc. (where it can be blocked), your server sends it. Think of it as a secure relay. The data goes from the visitor to your server first, then from your server to the ad platforms. Ad blockers see far less of it.
How much data am I actually losing?
It depends on your audience. Desktop-heavy, tech-savvy audiences (B2B SaaS, for example) tend to lose the most conversion data to ad blockers. Mobile-heavy DTC audiences usually lose less. We measure your specific data loss during the audit phase before recommending a solution.
Does this require developer resources on my end?
Minimal. We handle the entire sGTM deployment, API configuration, and data layer setup. We may need DNS access to set up the custom subdomain and brief coordination with your dev team for data layer changes, but we do the heavy lifting.
Does this support CCPA and HIPAA requirements?
It’s built to support CCPA requirements, with Consent Mode v2 configured. Server-side tracking helps because you control exactly what data gets sent to third parties, and consent-aware event processing means data only flows when users have given consent. For health clients, tracking is set up to be HIPAA compliant, and we sign BAAs on request.
What are the ongoing hosting costs?
sGTM hosting runs $20-$120/month depending on your traffic volume, significantly less than running it on Google Cloud directly. We use Stape.io for managed hosting which keeps costs low and reliability high. The hosting cost is separate from our build and Maintain fees.
How long does implementation take?
The Server-Side Build is a fixed 4-week engagement with a set end date. Single Platform is usually built in 1-2 weeks; Full Stack Migration uses the full 4 weeks, including post-launch validation. We move fast but don’t cut corners. Every data stream gets tested before we hand it off.
Your ad platforms optimize on the data they get, so stop feeding them bad data.
